windows log on error

[PAULB]

This is a weird one, computer at certain times, comes up
with a "light" blue screen stating that windows has found
an error with logon and will shut down. NOW, this only
happens at a certian area. When PC is in an other area, th
eproblem is never seen. I have tried everything and can
not find any thing or person that has ever seen it. This
ends up making a reset loop and it goes on and on. All
critical patches ar loaded and there are no viruses.
ANYBODY?

2. Define "area", do you mean physical location for the machine or
different area within the OS?
3. When did this start happening?
4. What brand of machine is this?
