Hi, Alan -

Something on the client PC wants on the Internet as soon
as the PC starts - my advice is to find out which
application is requesting Internet access and keep that
application from running on startup.

A good way to start tracking down the application that's
causing problems is to run "msinfo" and take a hard look
at the programs that run when you start your PC. I'll
bet you'll find the problem there - and you'll be able to
fix it there also.
