I had this problem after I had install a certain piece of
hardware, I can't remember what it was now. Have you had
this problem since you installed xp, or have you done
something that has caused this?
Do you know that if you press the power button once the
pc has shut down and is in bios it should turn off (if
not, hold it down for 10 secs)
