I have missed placed/lost my CD Key (10-Digit Registration
Code) for Windows XP. Where/How can I find it or get it to
reinstall XP? Is this the right forum. Thank for your
help. Bill

If you have XP installed at present then you can download ViewKeyXP from
link below.
PS the XP key is 5*5=25 digit big

The installation key for Windows XP is *not* 10 digits - it's a 25-character
alphanumeric key. If Windows was preinstalled on your computer when you
purchased it then the installation key will be on a sticker affixed
somewhere to the outside of the system. If you cannot locate it then you
must contact your system vendor - Microsoft do not, will not and cannot
assist with OEM installations.

One other minor point - it isn't necessary to register XP, only to activate.

Try alt.internet.p2p for a key. It won't be you original key, but it might
work.

You are a moron. Advocating piracy of an application in a group hosted by
the company you're ripping off is the height of stupidity to say the least.

Isn't this defamation?
Accusing someone of stealing (or did you think it's OK to imply it by
writing "piracy" ?!!?).

Then insulting someone when all the help you give is, ummmm, none.
Glad to see you're still as productive as ever.

Was rather a naughty suggestion by Danny though, wasn't it ! :)
(might work though). :)
