I have a customer that is trying to access OWA (Outlook
Web Access) from his home computer. When he tries to
reply to an RTF email, he gets prompted to download files
from a Premier Windows 2000 CD, which he doesn't have
because he's running Windows XP. I'm not really supposed
to support him, because it's his home PC, but another
person had the same problem last week and I was wondering
if there's some type of missing component or something I
could off them from the OWA website. I've looked high and
low in TechNet and can't find a thing. Any insight into
this would be appreciated.

Greetings --

While there's never been any such thing as "Premier Windows 2000,"
there was an Office 2000 Premium edition made available in limited
quantities. I strongly suspect that that is the CD being requested.
