no computer wizzard but had same problem found it was my
nortons internet sercurity uninstall it reinstall it on
both computers reconfiger. ok know for about 3 mouths now
( bought 3 lan cards every time I installed one it worked
for a week then then no network have used them in othere
computers thay are ok)hope this helps you
