about error 711

Hi, folks,
When I encountered error 711, I did the correction as
indicated in article 330163. But when I repeat steps 3-5
for remote access connection manager and remote access
auto connection manager, I got error 5 and error 1068
respectively. Searching the support site, I could not find
hint for the errors. Does anybody know the solution? Any
help is highly appreciated.
