Help...
I have winxp pro.
I just reinstalled everything.
Had a hard drive die.
So I replaced it and reinstalled everything.
Now when I start my computer it goes directly into the admin account.
It doesn't stop and ask which user I want to start at the welcome screen.
I set a password for the user account and for the admin account and it still
boots right into the admin account.
I want to be able to have the choice of which account I can log into when
the computer starts up.
I have checked the user setting in the control panel and I don't see where I
can make this change.
Can someone please help.
I would appreciate it very much
I just want it to ask me which account to pick from when the computer
starts.
Thanks in advance

Hi Ron,
In the Users applet, you would want to click "change the ways users log
on....." and enable the Welcome screen.
You could also start/run control userpasswords2
Then enable the option requiring a valid user name and password.
