I did a disk clean up and defrag on my mom's computer day
before yesterday. After doing so she cannot open
microsoft works calendar, yahoo messenger or have access
to any admin tools, ie disk defrag, etc. She gets a "not
valid windows image" on the following files; hnetcfg.dll,
riched32.dll-ypager.exe and vbajet32. I did a system
restore taking it back to Sunday 8/24 to no avail. I have
no idea what to do next. I know that what I did has
nothing to do with what's causing this problem. Can
anyone help? What caused this error? Thanks!
