I have an HP ZT1000 laptop purchased 6-16-'03 & want to
determine whether it has version 1.0 or 2.0 USB ports.
I've checked everywhere I could think of but to no avail.
Help, please?
Thanks

A nice tool to have is the free Aida32 System information tool.
http://www.aida32.hu/aida-download.php?bit=32 .
Handy to have regardless. For USB look under "devices" "Windows Devices." In
my case it lists
Driver Description Intel(r) 82801DB/DBM USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller

I was just trying to help.

Thanks, Hillbilly
That will be a handy program to have on hand. here is
what I got:Driver Description VIA Rev 5 or later USB
Universal Host Controller - As it does not mention "2.0
Enhanced" I'm assuming I have 1.0's.
Thanks again
P.S. to e-mail me remove "-nospam"
