I downloaded Windows XP SP-1 update. After I did, if I
click on the Help line, nothing happens. I cannot get the
help screens to load. Others load fine. If I remove the
update, it loads again.
Additionally, after the update, my Word program and one
other Symantec program takes 45 seconds to load upon use.
Anybody have any idea on what the problem is and how to
fix?? Thanks.
