Single Clicking

I want to change from doulble clicking a desktop icon to
single clicking. How do I get taht done?

Goto 'My Computer' or 'Windows Explorer'
Select 'Folder Options..' on the 'Tools' menu
Select 'Genaral' tab,
See third item down ('Click icons as follows')
