Not much reaction but keep trying, here some result after
some testing:
It doesn't mather if you map a network map or not, as soon
as you change the path 'my documents' on the desktop to a
network location and you enable 'offline' it will be
available offline when restarting the PC.
This option is checked and greyed out.
