Files and Settiing Transfer Wizard.

I have a software Select CD for WXP. I'm getting ready to
upgrade our pc from W2K to WXP. I would like to use Files
and Setting Transfer Wizard to move files, but I don't
want to give the user my WXP CD.Is there any way I can
get just the Files and Setting Transfer Wizard
application?
