Dennis, I have had the same problem over the last week or
so and found a solution for my problem which may also be
the source of your problem. I have a Dell Inspiron 8200
and I am connected to the internet via Dell's Truemoble
1184 wireless router. I solved my problem by using the
Microsoft Restore program and locating one of the
many "Hottips" that I downloaded. (This particular patch
must contain a firewall feature that causes the router
and the PCI card to loose communication.) The patch
number is: Q814033. Once I removed that patch everthing
is running just fine. I hope this also solves your
problem.
Sincerely,
Kurth
