Standby issue. need help.

When i put my new windows xp in standby i have a
difficult time bringing it out of that mode. mouse or
keyboard will not wake it up and when i use the power
button it usually just goes to a plain blue screen. I
then have to reboot. Mouse and keyboard are wireless.

Any help would be great.

Hi Phil,

Sounds like the drivers for those devices don't support Standby - check for
updates from the device manufacturers, otherwise you will need to avoid
using standby. It may also help to use a different standby setting (use S1
rather than S2 or S3).
