View Full Version : Action taken when loading a CD-ROM

Whenever I insert a CD of any nature into my drive (2002
Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100), Windows XP ALWAYS asks me
what action I would like to take, regardless that
the "always perform same action" checkbox is checked, with
the "Take No Action" selection selected. This is very
VERY annoying.

If anyone has any solution to this, PLEASE let me know.

Turn off AutoPlay in TWEAKUI.EXE > My Computer > AutoPlay > Types.
TweakUI is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp.
