Hi all, I have a simple two computer network, connected
through a broadband router/hub. For some unknown reason I
have been unable to browse the two machines in my network
places. I am able to map shared resources and I can view
network shares using the \\<name> format. I have read
numerous items on browse master and elections etc, and
have set the 'server' machine to be a browse master and
the 'client' to not attempt to triggere an election. Any
thing that might cause this to start happening? Could it
be related to the fact that Explorer has started to error
and will close and generate an error report? I was
previously to browse shares, so I am at a loss. The server
is running 2k pro and the client Xp pro.
