Unable to connect to WIndows Update, ActiveX problem

Appears to be an Update programming error by Microsoft
as effecting most users of XP. Contact Microsoft or hold
tight. It appears to be related to the q811493 HOTFIX.
Microsoft should be addressing this shortly with some
sort of patch.
