....to process this command". Why do I get this message? I
have a home network - a PC on XP Home and 2 laptops on
W2k Professional - as a workgroup with fixed IP
addresses. They can all see each other, the PC can access
the shared files and printers on the laptops, and the
laptops have full access to each other and to the shared
floppy drive and CDR on the PC, but I get this message
when either laptop tries to access the shared files on
the PC. I have Norton Firewall on the PC and BlackIce
firewall on the laptops.

Hi,

It sounds like you may need to adjust the IRPStackSize. See this article for
more details:

177078 Antivirus Software May Cause Event ID 2011

Thanks,
Marc
