I had to reinstall my windows XP I did not do a full
install just the one where it overwrites old stuff, well
anyway I need to know how to get into my old user folders
some of them i can simply open but others I get an error
saying I don't have access.

Please E-mail me with the answer

Ok I went to that page and did what it said but there was
just a sharing and security tab and it didn't have the
stuff that the rest of the article talked about mybe I'm
just not in the admin account but shouldn't the first
account you make be the admin account. I'm really lost
