email me the files for the problem discused in Knowledge
Base Article - 324024 on "Wireless Network Adapter
Appears as Disconnected"...thanks

You need to contact Microsoft to get the patch as the article state:

Microsoft is not going to contact you based on this post on a

So basically i have to pay them for phone support in
order to get the patch to fix their ****ed up OS.
