Please help me and explain how I can return to my windows
XP full screen status. I have no recollection of altering
anything but I now notice I have a quarter of an inch of
black all around my windows screen and have lost the full
screen image as previously.
I dont know why!

Sheila,
I don't know why your monitor settings changed, but to correct the problem I
would check the owner's manual and read the section on "Settings." If you
don't have a manual, visit the mfg's web site for information.

Sheila
It sounds like someone may have pressed the Reset button on the monitor
which returns the screen size to it's default settings. As Sir_George said,
consult the manual for the monitor. You should have several buttons on the
front of the monitor to set the screen size.
