I have been having a problem with XP on this 2000 network:
After logging on and working for a little bit, my network
creds seem to fail, or just die. Right after logon, I
can print, access network drives, network shares, etc.
but after a little while, if I try to access printers,
the machine will freeze and stop responding for a bit
then come back with a access denied when trying to print
to a printer that has no security set to it.
I get prompted for Username and Password when accesssing
a share that has no security set to it, and even if I
enter a username and password it doesnt accept it.
I am the only XP computer on the network, and I have
suffered through multiple XP builds and 2 computers, so I
am assuming it is either an XP setting I am missing, or a
setting on the network somewhere.
any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated. I am
getting sick of rebooting my computer
]
Thanks
