When connecting through my RoadRunner broadband, I can
reach any and all URLs. However, when swithing to dial-
up modem (telephone line), I can not reach www.juno.com .
RoadRunner Tech Support says it is a problem with XP or
IE 6. All other URLs are reachable.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Joe

Since you can access the site using broadband, I don't think that it's
a problem with IE6. I know of one possible XP problem, and I'd like
to see if it's what's happening.

The next time that you connect by dial-up and can't access
www.juno.com, open a command prompt Window and enter this command:

route print >route.txt

Then post a news group reply and with a copy of the contents of the
"route.txt" file that the command creates.

Please post any reply as a follow-up message in the news group

Please tell him where it saves that file so he knows where to get it and
copy for you the info. I don't know where it would save or what yer
talking about or I'd help answer my own message here, for him, lol. So
please let him know where to find this file.
