Cisco VPN

I have tried everything I can think of (limited) to get
Cisco VPN to load on machine running XP with SP1. I see
the files extract and the machine set in running mode for
10 seconds and then goes to normal. i can find the
exctracted files but it does not install. Any help would
be greatly appreciated. I have tried loading from the
site and saving the .exe file to hard drive with the same
resluts.

Have you tried doing the install by first doing as advised and shutting down
all running programs?
