Message

Am getting message in Norton windoctor about unable to
repair, missinge file, it reads: "C\\WINDOWS\System32
\MAPISRVR.EXE" cannot access a nessessary
file, "gapi32.dll". Is this an issue I should be concerned
about? do I download and re-install missing file? or just
leave it alone as it's not anyhting to be concerned about?
