Dear Jake or someone, help please!

My folders seem to have lost their menu on top which
would include "View" "File", "Edit" "Tools", "Help" etc.
I can't seem to get it back on. How do I do this, please?
I've tried XP help, but can't seem to find out how. Thanks

Larry

Go to MVP Kellys website at the following address. Look on line 3, Restore
Missing Toolbars EXE or VBS. Click the EXE link and download the file to the
Desktop. Double click the file to run.

Dear Ronnie, downloaded and ran tweaks repair file from
site you suggested, seemed to make no difference, even
after I shutdown and re started. I did have some messages
saying I couldn't get to that site without Java Virtual
Machine, and it offered me a download, which I accepted,
but it kept repeating. Indications are I don't have
Virtual Machine on my XP Pro version. Should I have it?
Where do I get it? Thanks for more help, pls. Larry
