I just purchased another Windows XP Home Upgrade for a PC
in our home. This PC has previously had this software
installed without issues. This time with a clean
install, i get "Session3_Initialization_Failed"

STOP: 0x0000006F (0xC00000020, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000)

Does anyone have any ideas? The below config worked
before...
MB: p3v4x
CPU: intel 1G
RAM: 896MB
Video: Matrox G400
Network Card: Dlink 538TX

Thanks for any and all assistance.

I hope this helps.

Larry:
Thank you for the read and reply. I got frustrated with
the whole thing and went the route of installing Win98
first and then doing this as an upgrade.. so XP is in
however I have not nailed down what cause the problem
with the fresh install. Again thanks for your help.

Sincerely,

Robert Vipond
