Experiencing an intermittent problem on occasion when I move an icon on the
desktop screen and the icon will freeze at some point. Usually by opening
another application, then closing it, the icon will then be back at it's
original position and I can move it okay. I've waited to see if it will
unfreeze by itself - it won't and I've tried ending the drag using the Task
Manager and selecting end task - no good.
Since I've not been able to find any reference to this doing a quick search
(Google), I'm assuming that this probably is more of a video card problem
than an XP problem but thought I would ask. I have two 19" monitors each on
its own video card with two different types of ATI cards (AGP and a PCI).
I'll start looking at ATI's site to see if they have any info.
If you've heard of this problem before, would appreciate you posting a note
about it.
