Unable to uninstall Tiny Personal Firewall due to the fact
that when I attempt to uninstall, I get a message saying
that there is a program being installed at present, and to
finish installation before attempting to uninstall TPF. I
have no known program being installed and I'm unable to
access InstallShield Wizard to disable it. I have a
serious problem with this, as TPF has corrupted some files
and it needs to be uninstalled...thanks...Ray

Restart the computer.
Set Folder Options> View to show hidden files and folders.
Delete the contents from the *hidden* folder.
Documents and Settings\<your account>\Local Settings\Temp

From there you can try to uninstall or finish the installation of Tiny.

Also suggest getting in contact with tech support for this program or
researching their online documentation for info about installation issues.
