make sure the shared documents in my computer has a hand
under it and that you have files in there and they are
shared out.

do you have ics enabled and do they have the correct ips
for ics meaning the host nic is 192.168.0.1 and the
client is 192.168.0.x ? if not then you havent
configured ics correctly.

and there should be a hub/switch in between the two
computers if a router then nat must be turned off.
