Hey, easy fix for you.
First off your in luck, you have XP Pro on one machine,
this is the one that you should consider your "Master"
computer with the network. Install your cards on the XP
Pro machine, plug it all in and run the Home Network
Wizard, when it asks you about connection to the internet
(I think it's the second or third page in the wizard) tell
it that all the computers get their internet connection
through your XP machine. Then follow the rest of the
wizard, XP Pro should recognize the multiple cards and
configure for it.
