Maybe I'm confused, but why is the modem connected to the
switch? (hub) Are you using Internet Connection Sharing
or are you using a router?
With ICS, the modem just needs to feed your one computer
(I'm assuming this is the XP machine). The modem should
not be connected to the switch. Once you're certain that
you can get on the internet from the XP machine, run the
ICS client setup on the other two computers. Be sure ICS
is not installed on more than just one computer.
Once the XP machine is connected and running smoothly, the
other computers should have internet access.
