Hi, Dave -

Sure it is. Log on to computer A with an username and
password that has administrator access on computer B.
There's a hidden share called C$ that will give you
access to the entire drive. The easiest way to get to it
would be from the "Run" dialog box - hit Start --> Run
and then type \\computerB\c$ in the box and hit OK. You
should get right in.
