Um, Roger?
If your system folders (those that run the machine) are hidden (and they
usually are hidden by default) and you delete hidden folders - what do you
think you will have?

seem stupid to you but for new people I think it was worth asking! I was on
about when you do scan disk it says hidden files,to me it seems like there
not doing any thing but wasting hard disk.
Sorry from a newbee who just wanted advice not ignorance!!!

From an 'Explorer' window, you can goto 'Tools' menu, select 'Folder
Options..', from thiere select 'View' tab.
From here, thiere are some few options concerning the viewing of 'hidden
files'.
One of said options (Hide protected system files) will give you very
specific warning before it allows you to proceed. It would be best to heed
the warning given here.
Thiere is one option 'Hidden files and folders', that it might be reasonable
to have visible, or even certain files (Update restore files) that could be
deleted if you new what you were doing.
To summarise, It is 'by design' that some files/folders are 'hidden' to
prevent unwitting deletion or alteration by the non 'Expert' front-end
user(expert meaning bill gates and a few of his classmates).

so if answer your question i use punctuation not nor grammer correct I
expect you intrepret correctly meaning my?
How many times did you read the above to understand what I said?
Take the time to fully explain your question, and your chances of a response
that is useful will increase dramatically. Those of us trying to help most
likely will not manually decipher poorly written questions, there are just
too many people asking for assistance. It's not that we don't want to help,
it's just that you made it very difficult to understand what you are asking.

You may think Roger's post was bad on punctuation.
But thiere is a much worse post elsewhere in the group that nobody bothered
to answer.
Don't ask what it was about (several interpretations)
I answered the post, but only to give the OP a rollicking.
