Can't access

Perhaps you could help Microsoft and others like myself
understand why we cannot access the above sites and causes
a failure in windows updates. What actually happens is any
attempt to access the above brings up an "unable to
display" screen in IE6 and even clicking the detect
network settings fails to fix it. Good luck.
