How to switch from english to italian version?

I buy two ibm's pc and both have enghlish version of XP
preinstalled.I need the italian version,how I can do that?
I must buy the italian version?
Can I re-use the license of the english version?

Yes; you must buy the Italian version. You cannot re-use the English
versions as they are OEM and assigned to those computers.
