most of the time I visit a site i alwalys get the warning
"THIS PAGE CONTAINS SECURE AND NON SECURE ITEMS, DO YOU
WANT TO CONTINUE?" please help! I hate always having to
click yes.

Try this:
1) Open up IE.
2) Go Tools > Internet Options.
3) Toward the bottom, uncheck "Warn if Changing between secure and not
secure mode."
I don't believe the above will work, because I think it's a security feature
that can not be turned off. But it's worth a try.

Unfortunately, you cannot turn this message off from the client side. It
would need to be remedied on the server page's code.
