I have been using online banking and sbc bill paying and
educational loan payment centers routinely. Now despite
what program I am using (explorer, netscape, aol) I am
unable to access any of these secure sites. When i try to
log on to online banking now, it says ALERT unable to
connect to website (or something like that, depending on if
I'm using explorer, or newtscape ... ) I have a dsl
connection (ameritech). It used to be working fine, I have
no idea what has happened. Any help clearing this up would
be appreciated. Thank you, Joe.

Have you wiped out your cookies? Or, re-adjusted security settings?

Which security settings? Perhaps I have wiped out my
cookies, how would I know? or what security settings should
be changed? I don't remember changing anything prior to this??

Thank you for heping but anything specific would be
appreciated, in the meantime I'm looking at the two issues
you have suggested as best as I can ...
