aft much fiddling around
my notebook and 2nd PC is connected
but PC one remains undetectable

I've re-did the setting up of home/small office netwk
restarted the com but to no avail
aft the restart, tried to view workgrp coms
but this error msg came up
"CCK(my netwk) is not accessible. U might not have
permission to use this netwk resource. Contact the
administrator of this server to find out if u have access
permissions.
The list of servers for this wkgrps is not currently
available."

can anyone advise me.
thx!
