Substitute for IIS in XP Home

I'm learning ASP and testing my pages using PWS on Win-98.
Since I moved from to XP (on a new computer) I discovered
that PWS and IIS can't be used.
What can I do (except for upgrading to XP Pro)?

Keep the old computer and network it to the new one.

Build your code on the new and copy across to the old one to test.

Reduces the chances of file:// links creeping into code.
