Has anyone had any expierence with the message I enclosed
below?? Several downloads I've tried to install come back
with the below message.
One update is a VIA driver for a KT133 chip for the
motherboard. Nither vendor has responded with any help.
The other is a critical windows up dat; Cumulative patch
for IE 6 service pack 1 ( 822925). Microsoft support
reuses to help without money.
Bill Gates want money to fix problems with his own
programs, that's saying I know the problem is my fault
but you must pay me to make it right. Antitrust courts
blew when they let MS off the hook.
"16 Bit Windows Subsystem".
C:\Windows\System32\Config.NT. The system file is not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
applications".

Please note: If you have an OEM version of Windows, Microsoft is in no way
responsible for support. The manufacturer is.

I forgot to mention my OS is WinXP home edition. I
purchased the program from Best Buy or some other mass
marketer over a year ago. They do nothing unless the
software does not install upon purchase.
