Does anyone know if WindowsXP Home Edition has a TV
Player like Windows 98 had?

I am not tottaly sure what you are talking about. Is this a new
computer? If so the player was some software not part of Windows.
Perhaps it came installed with a straight TV tuner card, or a graphics
card with one built in. If it is the same computer, search, it will
still be there. Hope this helps.
