just slide your cursor to the
'top boundary line of the taskbar'/key to sizing/
until the
'cursor becomes a double-ended-arrow'
note
taskbar must be unlocked
then
'drag it toward the bottom of the screen'
and when the
'taskbar becomes a single line entry - release it'
and
take it fr there
