Blank screen when Windows XP loads up

I disabled by mistake both my video adapter and the VGA
adaper.

Now when the notebook boots up I get a blank screen.
Windows XP loads up but of course I do not see anything.
Safe mode boots up the same way with a blank screen and a
small bar blinking on the upper left corner. Need help
urgently!!!
