Email for small office

Hi all,

At the small company where I work, I want to implement email exchange using
newsgroup. I found this newsgroup but still cannot create one.

Can someone please educate me on how to go about implementing the email
solution that would enable us to exchange mails. We have systems running
window xp with only one widows 2000 advanced server.
