Multiple Montor Support XP

I have been running a windows 2000 system with 2 x ati
rage II pci gfx cards in multiple monitor mode.

I've now upgraded to a windows XP system and want to use
these same 2 cards in multiple monitor mode again.

I've got them installed but only the first card is
recognised in control panel/display properties.

Is there anything special I have to do to get the
multiple monitor support to work under XP?
