After I installed the HP DeskJet 5550 driver on my XP
Home laptop, all the icon labels on the Desktop are
underlined. I found where you can select/deselect Bold
and/or Italized, but no underlining. How do I get rid of
the underlining? Thanks, Dave

I know that the icons get underlined when they are on single click open. Do
you still have to double click the icons to launch the default command? Or
is it now on single click?

Folder Options> General.
Under the single click options, you can elect to have items underlined all
of the time (consistent with browser) or just when you point to an item.
