When starting up, I get a message with the following:

Unhandled exception: c0000005
At address: 100016b8


What do I do to get rid of it

Hi Raj,

Likely because you installed Kazaa file-sharing. Control Panel/Add & Remove,
uninstall any/all of the following if they exist: Delfin, Pgmonitr,
Promulgate Universe. Removing these add-on bits of spy and adware will not
affect your ability to use the file sharing software.

In my opinion, remove kazaa as it is full of ad/spyware. use kazaalite
instead
